Re ECA...

Hello There,

I have a Canadian Master degree, and I did my Bachelor degree in China. I will be applying CEC under EE.

Do I need ECA for my Chinese Bachelor degree? Or my Canadian Master Degree Certificate is enough since that's my highest level of education (and I dont think I will be getting points for my BA)?

I feel you can skip the ECA for Bachelors Degree obtained in China, since you get maximum points for your highest degree - which you have it from Canada.
