Rob-to, thanks for answer my question several days ago. I asked we submitted a request for my baby's citizenship card and was accepted by the embassy. But I forgot to mention that we just submit the application for my son's citizenship certificate, but we have not got it yet. While I am applying for PR now, should I still include him as my dependant?

It doesn't matter what paperwork you have at the moment... he is NOT a dependent. He is a Canadian Citizen so will NEVER be included as a dependent in your PR application. You can state in the PR app his citizenship paperwork is in process.crystalclear752002 said:
