A question about Provenance Nomination Program...

Hi All

I have a question.

I am planning to apply for immigration through the Provenance Nomination Program but I am confused what to do next. Shall I apply under my name or under my wife name?
My situation as the following
_ Married and we have two kids
_ I had completed mechanical engineers Bsc
_ My wife had completed pharmacists
Recently I received the equvilancy from WES for me and for my wife. Also We cleared the ILETS exam succesfully

WHAT are the next steps which I need to ....
