We don't understand 4-7 on form Imm5481E, we are doing Spousal sponsorship under the family class, and we have one child together who is 1 month old and is a Canadian citizen.

It ask about "number of Family members and person included in undertakings in effect and not yet in effect"

B) ( no previous undertakings)
