Hello guys , we have been asked to send medicals and police certificates since 16 jan. .. We alreay did the medicals last week .. But when we got the police certificate for me father we found out that the date of birth is wrong .. And ministry of interior refused to edit it and they said must be done again and that will take another 10 days :/ .. And in the letter of MR and PCC they said we are waiting for your answer withen 60 days ... So should we send them the one with wrong date of birth and start processing the new one , or should we wait for the new one ? And what will happen if they received it after the 60 days ?

I GUESS NOTHING WRONG EVEN IF SENT AFTER DEADLINE GIVEN.

Send a letter and include the wrong police certificate. State in the letter that the ministry is revising and a new on will be sent ASAP

Please don't send the PCC with error.

Just send a letter that due to administrative delays, the PCC will be sent as soon as it is received as you are waiting to receive them. There is no harm in sending them a few days late, better than sending one with error.

Peace!!
