A problem with my proof of funds: I don't have a bank statement. Can I give screenshots instead?

So I already have a TD bank account from when I was a student in Canada, and this has sufficient funds in it. However, I evidently had not turned on the bank statement delivery function in the account, which means that I have had no bank statements from TD. Unfortunately, it appears TD does not provide backdated bank statements, which causes a major headache for me. Is it possible for me to screenshot the balance of my TD account and use that as my proof of funds? Or is that not allowed?

For context, I already have a PGWP, and am currently in Australia

You likely have the ability to print out statements from your online banking account.

Using a screenshot of your TD bank account balance is generally not considered acceptable as proof of funds for immigration or visa applications. Immigration authorities, such as the IRCC in Canada, require official bank statements or official letters of confirmation from your bank to ensure the authenticity and legitimacy of the funds. Screenshots lack key details like your account holder name, transaction history, and are easier to manipulate, making them insufficient as evidence.
