A physician working in health insurance

Hi, I'm a general physician who has been working as clinical consultant in a health insurance company. I am very confused about where I should be sending my medical degree for ECA - the Medical Council of Canada (MCC) or any other body?
I am also not sure what NOC code I should be using for my application?!
So lost!!!

The NOC is 3112,the one for family physicians/general practitioners.
Indeed,you get your ECA report from the MCC.
