A parent does not remember education and work history

My mother is old and is suffering from memory loss. She does not remember her education history or work history at all. I have a vague idea based on the stories she used to tell us. Has someone been in this situation? What should I do?

If she doesn’t even remember whether or not she graduated from high school or college then you have a big problem. They will probably reject the application because of the burden it puts on the healthcare system.
