A mistake in my brother's name in Canada application.

Hello everyone.

We have applied to Canada visitor Visa and got refused for 2 reasons.. anyway in that application Specifically in the family information forms (imm5645) my brother's name was incorrect because it was different from the name that written in his passport.

We hadn't been aware of that... but now we noticed it while we were preparing to reapply!
So we decided to correct it and write a small paper to explain to the Embassy about this change.

*Notice*: my brother will not come with us to Canada and we were advised to apply again without fixing it but that may affect him if he wants to visit Canada in the future.

So what can we do? Is there any specific forms should we fill out to solve this problem or a small letter would be enough?

I want to know if there will be any problems if we just correct the name without submitting any important document or letter for that..

Don't expect anyone to be at your beck and call as this is a volunteer forum where each member is just trying to help without any remuneration. It is a weekend and people have life outside this forum so the polite thing to do is to wait for an answer.
As for your query you can certainly rectify the mistake and attach a letter of explanation.

I'm just afraid that the Embassy will think that we misrepresent the information if we don't give them the right letter or so for that!

This is my brother name in the passport
"NASRAN SALAM GAMALL MOR"
But in the last application was
"NASRAN SALAM GAMOAL"

As you say there is a spelling mistake in the third name and the fourth name does not mention.

Thanks my friend... of course our application last time and this time is filled out by an office, so should my dad sign in the letter after writing it and let the office to stamp on it or not?

Doesn't matter but would advise to address the real issue due to which you were refused.
