Hello everyone!
I got my PR back in 2016 but moving to Canada only on summer next year to comply with the 720 days of residence in the country.
My question is about the renewal: is it an automatic process or can I be denied it? Please let's assume I'm compliant with all the requirements (720 days living in the country, etc...)

If you are compliant with all requirements for residency then you have a good chance of having it renewed.

Hello, I applied online for the Canadian PR from USA and as per the latest update, I passed my Medical exam and background check is yet to start. I had to move back to India as my H1B got rejected and now waiting for the next steps of the PR processing from India. I will have to update the mailing/postal address. Can anyone help me with that ? If you are pursuing an application through Express Entry, then maybe your CRS points are the issue. What is your total CRS points in the Express Entry pool? Is it higher than the points drawn in the last periodic draw for invitation to apply?

I hope ya'all are doing well.I have Iqas assessment documents and file number. Bc pnp profile does not add 4 points for assessment even if I add my file number in BC PNP online profile.Could any one please guide me why is that?
