Hello friends need ur help recently I got refusal letter from cic based on misunderstanding. I did try my best to clear my stance but a famous saying first impression is the last specially for cic people they have imposed A40(2)a on me. Please guide whether I can appeal or not in case yes then to whom I will write my appeal and under which section with complete address further my processing office is London, UK.

Hi. If you mean that you have mentioned Regina as intended city of landing - thn it is not binding. You can land anywhere in Canada.

IELTS: 7 Band (minimum 6 in each band)
WES: Completed (Positive)
Points: 70 (in place as per requirement)

All my documents are ready. Please let me know if there is any chance to apply for any of the proviences this year.

Hi Please help me with query. Before two years I applied for FSW with code 1122 my file was rejected with reason that I was not able to proivde enough proof from employer to justify my duties. Now with same company experience (with employer letter) can I apply for code 1112 (Same years of experience)?

I had 3.5 years experience with company where I served 2.5 years as senior analyst and 1 year as Manager Risk management. Can I show NOC code 1122 for 2.5 years and code 1112 for 1 year?

Nova scotia program is open. you can apply for that but you should have particular job profile. please visist nova scotia immigration website, you can search "Nova scotia immigration" in google . If you have 6 bands wait for fSW and see if your category opens.

Hi ,

I am from Nepal. I am going to submit my documents for ECA but I am a bit confused with the process given on WES website . I would be pleased if anybody here help me in doing accurate process.

I have 3 yrs proficiency certificate level and 2 yrs bachelor degree. Do I need to submit only attested transcripts along with provisional certificate or even I need to forward all individual attested marks sheet as well?
If I prefer fastest courier service ,what amount of total fees to be paid?
How can I get reference number? Do I need to register online account for that? Is there any specific application form to fill out for evaluation and sent it along with required documents?

I am K. M. SARWAR ALAM from Bangladesh. I am a Government Official of Bangladesh and I am holding an OFFICIAL PASSPORT. I am applying for immigration in Canada in 2014. If I am declared eligible for that by Citizenship and Immigration Canada, then will it be a problem to have an OFFICIAL PASSPORT for immigration processing?
