my name is charanjit singh
i have done BBA in hotel and Tourism management and three years of experience in the same feild
IELTS 7.0

i have applied for PG in hotel and tourism management from Selkirk College BC Canada
i have seen so many refusal of student visa
so bit worried

i am married and have a daughter i will be leaving them in INdia will it be sufficent to prove that i will come back to India
i can show property of my father and land owned by him as he is sponsering me
i am planning to take loan from the bank as well

can i show some funs in kind of Gold or will have to make a statement from CA

I am new to this group of highly talented people and I am really looking for some help in finding the relevant NOC Job Code to apply for FWS in 2014. I have got almost everything including IELTS covered.

I am basically an IT Service Management professional and work in ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) framework. Below are my designations and relevant experience. Can someone please help me with the appropriate NOC code I should apply for. My experience is closely related to Business Analyst as well but designation does not match.

1. Service Delivery Consultant (Business Process Design and Implementation) - less than 1 year
2. Senior Problem Manager - 3.5 years
2. Senior Project Engineer (Incident Manager) - 3.5 years

download a form from Aus Police website get fingerprints from your local police station and send with appropriate fees DD in Canberra

Do we need to show/furnish get income tax clearance certificate before boarding international flight while immigrating to canada.

My travel agent advised for the same whereas my lawyer says, that now "income tax clearance certificate" is not issue anymore, however he advised me to carry the ITR for last few years.

Seniors, please provide some inputs.

In my Son's COPR, they have mentioned his height 93 cms. instead of 83 cms.

is this a problem??? should i go and get it changed or it is a minor thing and we can avoid it????

When exactly one can apply there to join the newcomers orientation program in India ?

I heard it helps a lot settling down as a new immigrant in Canada..!!!

Would highly appreciate if someone has some related re-search done on it and would not mind sharing it...

You can attend CIIP, anytime after you have received medical. Yes CIIP connects you to couple of key person/offices. Also you can attend this before landing in Canada only.

I was just eager that anyone would guide me what's coming up next for me, as I have provided them with the required documents to the LVO, as they asked for ; (25 november 2012)
1) Lending Money : 890 cad
2) pictures of family
3) police certificate

Now after almost an year of desperate wait, I got again a requirement of documents which included ;
1) original my and spouses' education, marriage certificates
2) new schedule a form of all applicants
3) and a new principal applicant form
4) Canadian relatives' documents.
5) settlement funds (property value certificate)
Please guide me, if any member have gone through this respective step, I would be really grateful for the information or guidance.

Hi Abid

I have gone through from this Step, They asked me to provide PCC, Additional forms, and Lending fees, more than a year ago, but after 1 year they sent me Medical.

I am confused, y you didn't submit marriage certificate and proof of relationship in Canada with your file.
Also make sure that they will not accept any property documents as proof of funds, Read on CIC website before sending them documents.

I might be wrong but please double check at your end, because your file is on final call/stage, after that you will receive Medical InshaAllah.

Hello friends need ur help recently I got refusal letter from cic based on misunderstanding. I did try my best to clear my stance but a famous saying first impression is the last specially for cic people they have imposed A40(2)a on me. Please guide whether I can appeal or not in case yes then to whom I will write my appeal and under which section with complete address further my processing office is London, UK.

I became permanent resident in March 2012 and has PR card with expiry in 2017 and after staying for short time came back to home country and then went back to canada and stayed and then again returned to home country for my Mom surgery.
I stayed in canada for 3 months.

I am returning this year in March 2014. I have ample time of 3 years to complete 730 days requirement out of which 90 days were already made by me.

Am I eligible if I file an application to sponsor my spouse upon arrival and after finding a job. Will the officer allow me to sponsor my wife as the officer may notice that I have still 3 years to make 730 days.

I hope to get a reply from you.
