I am about to apply in 1 months time.
Kindly check my post and tell me whether i am all ready to go,
Or will there be a problem.
I Am applying from India(if that matters).

My anticipated expenses(1st year)
  • Course- 2 yr ms cs
Fees- 20k per year (All value in terms of US dollar)
    Expenditure - 10k per year
    Travel - 3k
So i have to have total of 33k in my bank account 4 months prior to applying

My current position
  • Bank Balance-15k
    Loan-20k
    Immovable Assest(Property) - 200k
    Parents Income-10k(Annual)

Should i make an application to the Visa Office?

I have plenty of property but my parents income is meagre!,Will that be a problem?
i.e. Will they doubt the source of the assests?
(Clarification:The property can be indirectly classified as 'Ancestoral Property' as it was indirectly inherited by my father.
But will i have to explain all this to the Visa Office?)

I think you have to demonstrate sufficient income in order to pay the 2 and the next years.

You will have to provide the source of income (except loan).

being realistic I think it's not enough.

you have the total amount for 1 year (tuition +living expenses+transportation)
BUT, your parents earn around 10K per year as you said, and your tuition per year is 18K.
It doesn't male sense.

Even if your student visa is approved. How you will sustain yourself after the first year?. Are you aware that working off campus won't give you to pay such amount in tuition.

I would suggest you to go for a diploma 2 years in a good college. In that way you for sure have the required amount for it.

I can get a maximum loan of upto 40k against my assets!
So if i take the full amount of loan then my statement will be a follows

  • Bank Loan - 40k(Against Collateral Security)
    Bank Balance - 15 to 20k
    Assests-100k + 100k(Under collateral security)
    Parents Income-10k Annual
My Total Expenses for 2 years will be 60k
My Bank Acc now will be roughly 60k + some assests+ and my parents income(10k annual)

Its a drastic step but i am willing to take it if i have a good chance of getting the Visa! :-X
How are my chances?(Honest Reply Plz) :'(
