A little help regarding marriage

Hey there,

I just joined this forum as this is one of the best place to get help from regarding immigration.I just have couple of concerns as I am willing to apply in express entry by the end of this year.

1) I'll be getting married in September 2019, should I apply in June 2019 without marriage certificate. When they require proof ? After ITA or while submitting application with spouse ?

you can include spouse data only after marriage. So do all the work for now as single and whenever you are ready to create EE profile go ahead and if you get ITA submit the documents also. After Marriage you have to inform CIC about it and depending on what stage your PR is at that point it will proceed based on that.
