I am a little confused with IMM5768 Financial Eval for PGP. Question 14 and Question 17. It want the employment history =. with employer name, address, phone no, in which I have no problem with. But the gross income / benefits for the period. and family size? I assume they want the gross income for working for that specific employer. I guess I have to look up the income tax forms and see the gross payment for that work period. I still don't understand the family size column next to gross income column.

Q1. I can list my work history back to 2018 despite working 8 years with employer. Do I only list gross income for total 2018 and 2019 only? I don't know the total gross income for 2020. But I can get an approximate gross income for 2020 and then do I add it to 2018 and 2019 income in the gross income?

Q2. How does this family size column work, next to gross income. Do I put in 6, I have a sponsor / co-signer, 2 kids and sponsoring two parents. 6 in total.

The guide does a poor job in explaining how to complete this form.

Any help would be appreciated.

Read this from the previous PGP group of 2019 and this is what some wrote:

"This was discussed in the past and the concessus was that you need to put it in the following format:
2019-01 - Present $XXX
2018-01 - 2018-12 $XXX
2017-01 - 2017-12 $XXX
2016-01 - 2016-12 $XXX "

I think that's a logical way to do it. I would do the same if I am applying this year.

Yes I agree , and i dont think we need an LOE for this.

Also for the family size section, Im keeping the family size to what my family number is excluding my parents or sponsered folks

Do we fill the employment history portion of IMM 5768 yearly like you stated even if the sponsor has worked with the employer for more than a year?

Gross income for employment history means the total income without any deductions made.
Just to be sure, am I right, please?
I need help, thank you.

Yes thats correct. In your pay stub you can check the year-to-date income at the end of the year.
Gross income is the income before any deductibles

You need proof of income i.e. you should only enter the information that you will have proof when it's being requested.
You should already have your NOC from 2018 and 2019.
BTW: Your suggestion of showing year by year with each annual gross income, instead of showing 3 years with along with 3 years total of gross income in one line, was a great suggestion. It does make filling out the application form much easier. Thank you.
