What are the procedures and exams to take to become
a licensed realtor or mortgage broker for the Greater Toronto
Area? Any good websites? Thanks

In Ontario you will need to take courses through the Ontario Real Estate Association to get a Real Estate Licence. It will take approx. 6 months to get a provisional licence to trade. Check out the web site orea.com for all the info or for mortgage broker check out the site fsco.gov.on.ca/ENGLISH/LICENSING
