I found out today via online status that CIC montreal office sent me an email for writing test. I was surprised because I didn't notice it at all and I checked my emails almost every day! Then when I look into spam folders...the email was there. Unfortunately the test date was Aug 5 and I have already missed it. The email is from the address CIC-CITOY-CONVO@cic.gc.ca and I couldn't believe gmail puts it in spam.
Anyway I hope those who use gmail address don't forget to check spam folders if they are expecting the emails from CIC.

I created a filter with "cic.gc.ca"
