Any agency that is asking for money to provide you with a job, LMIA,..ectc is not genuine

Thank you for your reply.

They have sent the contract with 2 options,

A. Free service- where the CV will be added to their database and employer if interested they will contact

B. Paid service- $ 1680 where the promise to hand deliver CV's and arrange skype interviews and also say they will refund $ 1200 if no employment found within 60 days of starting the contract.

Please advise.

Believe me this is a fraud, and BTW I am already in Canada and if an employer wants employee they can hire agencies that will charge the employer him self and not the employee.
Finally what added value for this kind of agencies nowadays, every job is posted on the web, and you can keep searching online

I wouldn't trust people that say pay the money first and then refund after x amount of days.

If you want an LMIA, talk to your employer. It's the best and safest way. Anyone promising you otherwise is probably a con artist.

Thank you so much for the response. I will go for option A then :)
