Your mail is well received, fill the hotel application form immediately and send it to Immigration Department via below email address for further processing of your working permit visa into Canada.

Please make sure that you print out the hotel application Form, fill it properly and send it to the Canadian immigration department office via their email address above as instructed. Note: Do not hesitate to contact us back immediately If there is any development with immigration department.

When I contacted the email they gave me, I received a replay as follows:
ATTENTION HICHAM ABDELOUAFI.
YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS FOR YOUR WORK PERMIT VISA APPROVAL, WITHIN THREE (3) WORKING DAYS.
[A] HOTEL AGREEMENT LETTER FROM CANADA HOTEL.
APPOINTMENT LETTER FROM CANADA HOTEL.
[C] NEAT SCANNING AS AN ATTACHMENT OF THE FRONT PAGE, PHOTO/DATA PAGE OF YOUR PASSPORT, AND FOLLOW WITH YOUR TWO RECENTLY TAKEN PASSPORT PHOTOGRAPHS, SIZE 50x50.

DIRECTOR GENERAL OF IMMIGRATION DEPARTMENT OFFICE, CANADA.
Up to present, I haven't sent to them any person document. I'm afraid it's a scam. I need to find out whether the two email addresses and their contents are fake or not!
