A guy qith 64% looking for University... plZzzz help .. i need it seriously

Guys I need some serious information. I have 7.06 cgpa (64%) in Btech ECE. I know targeting top 10 Canadian univ fr MS wud be insane. I had some words with the professor of Simon Faser University He seriously discouraged me to apply as min % requirements are 75%. Plz suggest me some gud or avg universities where I shud apply? I'll be highly thankful ..
