A few questions about AINP nomination

I was nominated under AINP SRS engineering stream. I am a Canadian educated engineer working for an Alberta employer.
my nomination is open without a job offer and I have no restriction on employment. My NOC is 2132 Category A

my first question is, do I need IELTS?
AINP did not ask for it. CIC check list vaguely mentions that NOC C and D require it.

my second question is do I need to get a police certificate if I have only lived in Canada since I turned 18?

Ielts is only needed for Noc C & D category, You wont need it as long as your jobs falls under Noc O,A and B.

PCC is not required while appling under AINP, if CIC need it later they will ask you .... Hope it helps ....,
