Hi guys! a little background:
- I'm Malaysian. Graduated from Dalhousie dental school in 2002.
- Got married in 2001 in Halifax
- My husband went to Malaysia with me after I graduate in 2002 and lived in Malaysia till now.
- we went back to Canada once 2005. So we haven't been to canada for 9 years now. No bank account, no loan, no credit card, no aset, not paying canadian income tax since we pay our income tax in malaysia. So basically no ties at all to canada except for his family lived there.
-Now planning to move back to canada next year. We have 2 kids. They are both canadian and malaysian. Waiting for their certificate of citizenship of canada.
- we're gonna apply for PR either inland or outland

my questions:
- can i apply for FSW if I have a job offer in canada? Even though I have to do my board exam first and get licensing?
- or should i go with inland application and apply for open work permit?
- can I apply both PR and FSW at the same time

I really hope that someone has some idea how to deal with my situation. Thanks guys!

You have no need to apply for FSW. You're married to a Canadian. He can sponsor you for PR. Just do it that way.
