I am a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan. I am a temporary resident in Turkey for 3 years, as I am doing my master degree here with scholarship by Turkish Government. I have been invited to summit in Canada next month. I will present my paper at the conference for 3 days. After the conference I want to visit my brother in another city for 2-3 days. The conference flight will be covered by Turkish University. So I applied for tourist visa for 10 days (10-20 Nov). The total 3 days for travel from Turkey to Canada, 3 days at Conference and 4 days visit my bro and some friends there. I have to back to Istanbul in order to graduate, namely to finish my thesis and defence. Actually my article for the conference will be added to my thesis. I added to my application conference invitation by mail, registration receipt, bank account in Turkey 1.800 CAD, insurance (9-21 Nov), flight tickets from Istanbul -Toronto (I could not book to the conference city), house bookings for 4 nights, for Toronto my brother's address. My uni has not officially given me a document that proves to cover flights. So, my visitor visa rejected for the reasons below:

I have been an exchange student in Germany. My visa for Germany was given for 5 months because of the scholarship period, but my official semester ended after the last month so I had to extend the visa for the next month and I defence my German thesis in the extended month.During this period, I travelled to some Shengen countries too.
As I understood from the grounds that the application was not properly prepared. I asked from the conferce holders to send an email to the Embassy. They sent it last week with signature by the president of the organization that they invite me to the confernce, and some other details inside. I got 2 documents from uni, but the most decisive one will be ready this week. I will make my bank account as 3,000 CAD.Will explain why I could not provide this documents previously. In my previous motivation letter I mentioned conference dates, its importance for my thesis, my visits to Toronto,I kindly ask Yu what else should I do while reapplying? Actually the first application I made through the company who told that you don't need to add lots of documents here, even bank account.
