Hi, basically our application was approved and we got the permanent resident, so we received the immigrant visas on our passports a few months back, however I've somehow misplaced one of our passport (the principal applicant's! :-[) now, we have gotten a new passport, but i plan on taking it to the embassy (since im the principal applicant) and hoping to get the visa re-pasted on the passport again. Will this method work or do I have to contact them or do something else in order to get the visa again? Thanks
