A bit confused by my CRS points

Hi,

I'm working as a manager, Tier 0, less than a year.
I'm preparing to get the EE via CES.

I've calculated my CRS points that it shows it's 602.

I have two questions:
1. Does it mean that I can actually start adding my profile in the pool and wait for a draw?
2. My job contract is a permanent contract, I was working part-time there and after I've graduated they directly asked me to sign the contract without a written offer. I took me 1 day to think about the verbal offer and sign the contract. In my case do I still get that 200 points from the "job offer"?

I would like to DIY but my job kept me busy. So I don't know if I need some more advice in case I miss a better/easier chance to apply for the EE.

So you don’t get 200 points for a job offer so deduct 200 points. You need an approved LMIA with closed work permit. Also even with LMIA, what is your NOC?

I've got the valid PGWP as my work permit, why should I get another closed work permit?

If you want to count points for job offer, you need a LMIA from employer. So all I am saying is that you don’t get points for a job offer. Deduct 200 points. What is NOC anyways.

So it's possible that even I've got one year experience here I'm still below the CEC draw cut-off?

Well current draws are over 500 so you are below the cutoff. Only TEER 00 NOCs get 200 points if you have a LMIA. You would have to be the CEO or CFO.
