Hey,
I just read your previous thread to see what you were referring to, and - I'm not sure you're legally allowed to work in Canada.
Inland application with an OWP goes give the right to keep on working, but only if you have a work permit that is extendable... and that's not the case for an IEC visa. it would work with a closed permit for example, but not with an IEC... I know that it's not what you want to hear, but I'm pretty sure I remember somebody in a similar situation, where the person was allowed to keep on working by the employer (on the assumption of inland/implied status etc) but then when CIC found out, the applicant was told that he had been working illegally all this time. I would really encourage you to double check with Service Canada to make sure that with an IEC visa it's actually allowed.
I don't mean to stress you, as I understand it's stressful enough as it is, but hopefully somebody can chime in and confirm - or not (for your sake, I really hope I'm wrong).
