(A-0520-BF) - Do I need to fill spouse information in Section 3.1

Hi, I live in quebec and my wife live outside canada. I am applying for my wife sponsorship from canada.

In the form A-0520-BF (https://www.immigration-quebec.gouv.qc.ca/publications/fr/dcs/Immigration-Quebec_A0520BF.pdf) section 3.1 It asks for spouse information.

Does my wife need to fill this section or this is only if both husband and wife lives outside canada? If my wife need to fill it, then what should she select in "Cette personne vous accompagne-t-elle au Québec ? " Yes or No ?

Because I already live in Canada.
