really sad to see such decision after long wait, I really dont see any hope that CIC would ever accepts score below 400.

It was a mistake i guess to conduct ECA and spouse IELTS. They are only taking people with LMIA, which is quite rare and impossible by us.

Can anyone suggest wht should we do now?

yes its sad canada doesnt want students...after spending $30000 in canadian education now I am left with nothing.
