Hi there,

I know it has been my own fault, but I'm still looking for answers here rather than taking a lawyer.
So I have been here over 90 days now (96 in total) which means I am overstaying. Is there any way I can stay a couple of days more or do I need to leave right away? Will there be any problems at the airport? I'm so scared..
I was reading the information wrong. Because on one point they say you have to count from your expiry date of the visitor visa and on the other hand it says from the refusal NOTICE.
If I have to count from the refusal NOTICE I am still within the 90 days. But if I count when my visa expired I am overstaying. Please help me..

Keep your issues all to one thread.

Your status expired on February 6th. You have ninety days to leave Canada. The longer you stay in Canada now the more likely you are to have issues, but if you leave, you are unlikely to have issues at the airport.

You will need to declare this overstay on any visa application for any country that asks on the future, along with your extension refusal. Canada does receive information from airlines as to when people leave the country.
