90 day update - and I miised that

Hi,
I recieved the Update document request in Oct 2008.
I could submit my documents in 1st week of April 2009 (My 90 day deadline was Jan 2009) as I was short of PCC and managed to get that in Last week of March 2009.
I sent an email to cic saying that in Kashmir it takes months together to get the PCC due to security reasons.
I should have submitted rest of the docs.. but i was unaware of that possibility.

So am I expecting to see case rejected.... pls comment

I am expecting to see your case rejected too, sorry about that. It's a slim chance they will honor your notice about not being able to get the PCC. If not, you can try to apply again.

Just Stay positive you might be blessed with an officer who will consider the reason for you delays

Update:
The DD which I had sent along with my update docs (processing fee for addtional family member) was encashed by cic in 2nd week of May and my new address was also updated on ecas.

So shall i presume that I escaped this time and they have accepted the docs....still confused

Sorry the DD was encased between 2nd & 3rd week of April 2009 and new address updated.
