9 back logs in bachelors of science, can I get offer letter?

Hello there, my cousin has 9 back logs in BSc when she was sick and couldn't appear for college exams. She has cleared it all right next semester. She wants to apply for international business management. Which college can give offer letter to student with 9 back logs due to medical reasons? What are her options? Counsellors keep asking to apply to college, pay application fees and then colleges are rejecting her.

No one can tell you which college as all have different admission requirements. Backlogs are only one part of admissions. Colleges will not care that backlogs are due to medical reasons? How many schools has she applied to and been rejected from? is she applying to public DLIs? If she has a BSc. then why international business management? Doesn’t make sense.
