I believe you have highly chance to get ITA.
If you understand why CIC they give 600 points to those ppl who hold lmia or job offer!
Compare to old system, they only give 10 points to those who have lmia/lmo.
Even you're Phd or expert in some fields in your home country, Canada basically don't recognize it!!
Only if you have the experience in Canada, such as study or work experience and they will recognize it.
For CIC, 850 definitely is much better than 400+ or 500+.
Basically they pick ppl by CRS system and base on your points!!!!
Why they give 600 now?
Don't lose your hope!

You have a greater chance. My guess is that there won't be so many candidates with more than 1000 points..
