Single student - Tuition plus $10,000 for a 12-month period (or $833 per month)

Taken from CIC.

My campus fees goes as follows:
program - 19,576
books and personal expenses - 3,700
residence and meals - 8,800
health care - 920

In total that equates to a near 33,000CAD and 28,000 USD sum.

My question is, when CIC refers to 833$ as a monthly rate, are they also deducing your living and personal expenses which has already been calculated by my school, or will I have to add an extra 10,000 CAD to the already existing 33,000CAD?

Long story short:
My school is asking for 32,996 CAD with what to me seems to be the added 833$ monthly rate
my question is, does CIC also expect me to throw in an extra 10,000 on top of what my school is asking for as far as personal and living expenses go? (If so, I'd be expected to provide proof of 44,000 dollars before I'm granted a study permit?)

required proof of funds is 1 year tuition fees + $10000 yearly living expenses roughly.......833 is monthly living expense aporx

So would I have to show proof of 44,000 CAD? is that what you're implying?
what ever ur tuition fees is for 1 year + 10000 for living expenses is the min required proof of funds.

Here's where I'm having trouble:

If the 833 monthly rate is to cover cost of living such as food and residency, and in my tuition statement this is already factored in, why do I have to show an extra $833 monthly?
That makes no sense to me.

ur not getting the point dont stick to hard numbers ..this is a rough estimate of amounts ...it is proof that u can pay ur fees and living expense.......tuition fees is the amount mentioned on ur admission letter....if it includes living expenses then thats it......then u dont need additional 10000.....the whole point is to show that u have required funds to live and study in canada.....
