Does anyone have heared any case where the applicant was banned for misrepresentation. Even after eplaning? There is a mistkake in my application. It's been 5-6 days i applied for it and now i'm depressed as hell.
Yes, you can certainly be banned for misrepresentation even after sending an explanation in response to a PFL (I'm assuming that you have already received a PFL). It is up to the visa officer if you are approved, just refused, or refused and also given a ban. FYI the ban is five years and not ten.
