730 days rule during covid

Hi all
Is there any relaxations made for number of days to stay in Canada to keep the PR valid? Usually it is 730 days. Is it still the same during the covid situation?
I did soft landing in Jan 2019. I thought of making my permanent move this year due to work and personal obligations(I wanted my baby to grow up a bit before I move)...
But here we are couldn't make the move as planned. My travel this year got postponed due to back to back lockdowns and pandemic situation
I'm sure there may be many others like me. Is there any consideration for cases like this.

No - no relaxation or consideration.

EDIT: If you did your soft landing in Jan 2019, you still have tons of time. Technically you don't have to return until Jan 2022 to meet RO.

I am also considering soft landing due to covid, what are the steps for soft landing? DO we need a Canadian address for it?
