7 for IELTS or 100 for TOEFL; What's easy to go for?

They are prefering TOEFL so I'm biased towards TOEFL. Also I'm Pakistani so what test suits me most?
 
test should suit the country and their requirements rather tha yours...dono abt TOEFL but IELTS is simple..

IELTS is comparatively easy as per my knowledge. But I have not prepared or taken TOFEL.

Go for IELTS. However, both are similarly in the same level.
