Can I take a shot and try?

I mean, I see two ways to improve my CRS:

1) Wait 6 months until I have fully 3 years work experience.
2) Improve IELTS scores.

but I could give it a shot in the meantime.

Recently the CAP of the Saskatchewan has reached,
But you can prepare yourself as they may open new CAP in January 2016
