Everything looks SUPER on paper (and online), however IN REALITY, 99% of applicants could not qualify under all of the Provincial Nominee Programmes (with the exception of Quebec, which, practically is a PNP but formally is not one) since all of them require having a formal and confirmed job offer from an employer located in that particular province, or having a relative/community “sponsorship” (the latter only applying to Manitoba) from people in that specific province. The job offers usually have to be form one of the occupations which are found on the provinces “in demand list”.
