I have the same concern.

LMO approved for 2 years on July 2012 was NOC 6212,Food Service Supervisor and of course when I applied for work permit, it was issued 6212 as FOOD SERVICE SUPERVISOR, NOC B.

I will be on a year on above mentioned skilled work permit by July 2013 , what would I do or your advised?

NOC 6212 = NOC 6311. NOC 6212 is from the 2006 version of NOC Code List and NOC 6311 is from the 2011 version of the Code List.

I ve read about that, however my concern is when the time to got all the paperwork, do I mentioned or typed/wtite NOC 6311 or keep the NOC 6212? as it was what issued through LMO and work permit?

You can use both. Choose the one that would best work for you . Probably 6212. CIC knows they are the same
