No, I did not inquire, fearing about blog entries that asking enquiries will cause further delay. Hope someone can convince me that at this time I really have to send an enquiry about my case.

Dear Aspire:

I applied through consultant and he is very confident not to worry. Since long London office applicants are sielent. London office may be engaged to meet the targets of other catagories. So as per consultant that I can expect the reply from CIC by the first or 2nd week of November, based on these finding I quote you that you will get inshallah within this new week or maximum by next week. Till than I will recommend you not to send reminder to CIC.

Thanks for the very uplifting words. I have a consultant too. They too are confident that there is nothing wrong with my application. Currently, they said they are receiving medical request for those who submitted full application in May 2009. I submitted mine in the last week of June 2009. But my consultant further advised me not to take a time estimate based on the time line of others because most likely they are inaccurate assumptions. Each application is unique, and is being handled by different IO's. So there are lots of factors that can delay or speed up the process which is not common to all the applicants.
Anyhow, you lifted up my spirit and I thank you for that.

Well, I still don't have mine. I e mailed them few days back and they had replied that they did not send any correspondence to me since the AOR. Did they ask your passport as well?

Can you please tell me what is your NOC?

At the moment they asked for Medical & PR fees

My Noc is College Teacher i.e. I believe 4132 or 4121 I dont rember exactly.
