But I have seen many student received BVL from Ottawa but when they called ircc officer said that your file is processing in their home country that why I'm saying this .

sometimes they move applications when there is overload. a person submitted to abudbabi and got bvl from warsaw

Call to ircc office ottawa ask information about ur file if its in ottawa they will tell u other wise they will tell u where it is or wait if any paper is sent to u from ircc there is written which office sent u
 
Pakistani applicant sds Got ppr today early moring 2nd sep 2020 2nd time apply review started 4th jan medical expired but showed passed and later rool back .remedicL requeat on 5th may medical done in usa 12may medical upted passes 14 may. Bvl came 16may email cane ur case if finalized and we will swnd you passport letter shortly .ppr today 23 may 10 am .thanks to Allah and to all memebers
