After 2nd AOR full document received date, for example, my initial stage is in Sydney begined from 15Jan2010, and file transfer to buffalo office and they sent me and email state my 2nd AOR date is 05May2010, so the first date of 10 months is 05May2010. but now its really almost 10 months for me, still no hearing anything . :(

6-10 months processing time is just on papers.. so pl don't be so hopeful

there are many people under so called Fast track started after nov 2008 and last before 26june 2010 where CIC mentioned that processing time is 8-12 months ( which was hardly true for bunch of people)

anyways good luck

You are right. CIC actually acknowledges this on its (statistics) section in their website. For instance, the statistics show that the average processing time for London VO is 13 months. If we add the CIO time, it goes up to at least 16 months. My case us already crossing this limit.

My AOR states that my processing time is 18 months, end of February is my 18th months and i have no communication from them.

I do not really know when i will complete the process.

Tired of waiting.

i applied in dec 2008 , when this system was introduced and still waiting for my case finalisation. send my medicals in august 2009 still no response..

Be patient. Waiting is the keyword. Let's hope things work faster.

Thanks everyone! Actually I applied under fast track immigration b'coz my agent assured me that post 26/6 applicants receive their PR within 6-10 months. When i said this to him he again assured me saying that under latest 29 NOC list, applicants receive PR within 6-10 months time. Pre 26/6 applicants takes more time compared to post 26/6. Any comments?

Agents can tell anything as far as they acquire new clients like you. He should have mentioned that this 6-10 month period is the average waiting period for an average Load VO. VO'S like London are overwhelmed with load that goes beyond their limit and hence pushes the average way of limit. Your agent should have shown you the latest statistics (dated 22 Oct 2010) on CIC site which reflects a more realistic dates for various VO's.

Be careful and good luck
