Hi, can someone enlighten me? Below is the timeline for easy understanding:

My CRS is 424

April 11, 2017 at 11:03:03 p.m. - after registering on job bank, I received a 'Welcome to Express Entry' pdf email but my application status is still pending for job bank registration.

April 12, 2017 02:44:14 p.m - I received NOI from Ontario (with my status remained unchanged - pending for job bank registration)

Express entry round of invitation says that --
(2) Foreign nationals who, on April 12, 2017, at 17:24:01 UTC, have been assigned a total of 423 points or more under the Comprehensive Ranking System that is set out in the Ministerial Instructions Respecting the Express Entry System, as published in the Canada Gazette, Part I, on December 1, 2014, and as amended from time to time, occupy the rank required to be invited to make an application for permanent residence.

during the draw, my express entry status is still pending for job bank registration even though i've already registered.

I haven't received any ITA until now.

My question is will I get an ITA for the normal draw even though my status is still pending for job bank registration given that I have received a welcome email on April 11?

I have a feeling that I am already part of the express entry since I was selected by Ontario and that maybe there's a technical glitch, is my understanding correct?

Added information - my express entry just changed the status to 'We received your application. We will send you a message when there is an update or if we need more information from you.' while im typing this.

Please help me.. thank you.
