Got mine at April 5, 2017 03:11:04 p.m. EDT.

Ques - why does it say I have one month to submit a complete application? Isn't it 3 months. This is what it says:

You must submit a complete application before 07/05/2017 12:00AM UTC time if you want to
apply for permanent residence. You will not be able to submit an application based on this invitation to apply for
permanent residence after the date and time listed above. We cannot give extensions.

Or is the date listed as MM/DD/YYYY ?

I am pretty sure it means July 5th 2017.

I know this is a point of confusion for lots of people as North American seems to order it differently then most of the rest pf the world.
If I am wrong then I welcome someone to correct me.

It definitely is July 5th.

In my previous ITA (which I had to decline) the date was 05/31/2017 - without doubt MM/DD/YYYY.

I haven't received an email as well.
So it probably just takes a little bit more time to send all emails.

It takes a bit, been waiting all day and just got mine. It seems random, so just keep waiting.
