All information about this 5669 form I can find is for the "old" pdf version, not the new web form.
Trying to fill it out, but for many fields, I get an error saying that I have too many characters, for example, the name of my university, or the name of city + country, anyone else had these issues? Is it ok to use abbreviations?
In the older pdf form, In the addresses section, It asked for an apartment/unit number, now it just says "Street and number" does that mean we should not include unit/apartment number?
