May 27 is well within normal wait time, I would suggest just wait, you should have it in 1-2 weeks. I had P1 May 14, and got P2 yesterday.

I did KAI a few days after P1 , in my case it seems like it just slowed it down. from what I seen here, it seems like it maybe only work if it's longer than usual. P1 May 14, KAI May 17, still waiting for P2

I think those are incorrect (but maybe those works too). It should be in format English-French, for example IRCC.ClientPortal-PortailClient.IRCC (i.e Portail, not portal)

I tried sending separate emails to each VO, but I didn't receive any response either. For those who had success with the KAI method, how long after the P1 did you use KAI? And from which VO did you finally get P2, the original or another one?

You can actually still get employment insurance benefits if you worked in Canada. You paid for EI while working, so it's not the kind of social assistance benefit that is not ok.

I got my owp after getting aor from pr. And I got a job right after getting the owp. I actually don't know, but given that ramq requested that information, I assume that no work no RAMQ. I also didn't find any information about it, I just sent in an application to ramq after getting my owp.

I guess the owp would be enough proof for that?

I have OWP and I got approved for RAMQ. However I had to get a proof from my employer that I had a job.

you just have to try until it works, some days I call 20+ times until I give up, this time it worked on the second try :)

Just in case someone has this issue in the future: I called IRCC, apparently the tracker is wrong, and my background is not completed yet... :(
