55 St Clair office

I am opening a thread for the people to share their info who took test at St. Clair CIC office and waiting a long way for the oath letter.

I took my test on 10th February and still waiting, when my waiting over God knows.

After a long days break I called CIC call center today to know my file's status but no any update. According to them, every thing already set up and just to wait for the oath letter but which had not issued yet. My daughter (15years old) and son (13 years old) are with my files.

My question is here that do the background and other necessary check of the children start after the parent's file approved for citizenship? Is it only the cuze of delay in issuing oath letter?

Is it 55 or 25 St Clair?

Both Buildings are CICs

55 is the Processing ctr.
25 is the place where applicants drop documents off or write tests/interviews.

i took the test on 25 St. Clair

St Clair is only for RQ, after that all files are sending for oath to the local office, but i am not sure where the SJ is approving them at St.Clair or local office, in my case Scarborough.

CIC Acknowledge receiving it on 18th Oct 2012 sending me a letter and Discover Canada book
in process from 12th January 2013
RQ received august 2013
RQ submitted and response received on 7th september 2013 by CIC at Scarborough
CIT0521 dated 23rd Dec 2013 received in Jan 2014
Test passed on 24th feb 2014 at St. Claire

Oath: waiting .....................

I called today and they told me that my test results are not uploaded. instead none from the group who have taken test with me, have the results uploaded.........

This is Twocats ATIP report:

Test Jan 27
- Referral to the CJ - Feb 7
- Judge decision - Feb 12
- Grant - Feb 17
- Referred to Scarborough - Feb 21
- Oath letter - March 11

That's means that the CJ decision is maid at St.Clair and Scarborough is only for oath
Does anyone have an idea in which stage the test results are uploaded before or after SJ decision?

thanks for your post.
You know I was told every time when I called CIC call centre that the judge signed on my file on the March 18, and then sent it back to Scarborough office two days later. If the decision by the judge at St Clair office is final, why Scarborough office would not issue the oath letter for me yet - very confusing .....

Are you sure you have SJ approval? When i asked agent if i have, she said nothing is showing only the results were uploaded, he cold not see were the file is.

Yes I am 100% sure, I have talked with several agent during April and all they said the same.
However, I already ordered for my ATIP one on 26th April and again on yesterday,
Do you think I should order for ATIP of my both kids to get over all idea where our files are?
I have brought air ticket to go back home, the departure date is 1st July.

Maybe you have to order ITAP report for your kids.
