Finding number 18-19 a little confusing for my finical information.
I am self-employed with an incorporated company so I will write a letter of employment for myself. I do have an option C printout from revenue Canada for 2011 as I have not filled for 2012 as of yet as well put my notice of assessment in with that.

I cant really see anything about the minimum income needed as they state so just to be on the safe side was going to add my bank statement print out from personal and business accounts. But they are asking for 12 months of statements is this only if you dont have a option C print out and dont meet there minimum requirements and no letter of employment?

just provide them with what you have an explain your situation. Option C + bank statements is good - CIC wants to see that you have the means to support your family once you sponsor them ( or him/her depending on who you are sponsoring). For spouses, there is no minimum level, but you have to be able to prove that you can support your family, and how you plan on keep on doing that in the future. So explain that you are self employed, and prove that you have an income, and it should be all good.
good luck,
