5241 Graphic designers and illustrators for permanent residency

Hi all,
I just like to know that does noc 5241qualify for permanent residency under Federal workers program or not. I have 2 years of experience under this category. I studied in Canada but left due to work permit issue. Later on I gained this experience in my home country.

Help is appreciated. Thanks guys.

No - NOC 5241 is not on the list. If you want to immigrate through the FSW program, you will need a permanent job offer in Canada.
