51 Weeks work experience

I want to apply in FSW program but I have a work experience of 51 weeks in NOC B. Can I somehow be eligible for getting PR through FSW program? can I create an express entry profile? please guide me

Hi , in my countey we get one month paid vacation, does it still count if with the 1 year countinous, or is it only 11 months?

It counts as 12 months if the vacation was paid.
